Through the rebately scheme, Penrith residents can obtain a rebate for 50 % of the purchase price (excluding postage) of reusable nappy and sanitary products.  The maximum rebate per household is $150: up to $150 for nappies and up to $100 for sanitary items.  Purchases must be within three months, and only one rebate per household is allowed.
