What’s Not Covered
Our guarantee does not cover:
• General wear and tear
• Damage from incorrect washing or drying
• Use of bleach, sanitiser, or high heat outside care instructions
• Accidental damage or misuse

Replacement Process
If a valid claim is approved:
• We will provide a replacement product of equal value.
• Print and style will be subject to availability.
• Replacement products are provided at our discretion.

Eligibility
This guarantee applies to Cloth Nappy 2.0 purchases made on or after 1 September 2025.
Proof of purchase may be required.
